As & themselves have affirmed they like Herm’s players (32) better’n their own (21) by a 60/40 margin, should be at least 21 players on those lists that they can bring in to replace the back end of the Chiefs roster aka The Patriot Way players their chosen errors spots 33-53.

do you even believe yourself anymore? did you see how many herm picks are here from his drafts? goodness….

I think Pollard shouldve netted a pick, but Morgan is a really good player…they made a nice pick on that one…

  • September 6, 2009  - Rin Tin Tin says:

54% of Herm’s remain after 4 years – only 71% of & s – BEFORE THEY HAVE EVEN PLAYED THEIR FIRST GAME!

    Rin-
Pull your head out of Herm’s ass please.

  • September 6, 2009  - Rip 'em a new one says:

It’s Day-after-cutdown Sunday everyone and time for the Pioli/Haley acquisition machine to kick into gear. First target:

I’d go with Tony Pashos, offensive tackle from the Jacksonville Jaguars. He’s 6′6″ and 326 lbs. and is only 29 years old. He has 6 years experience (4 in Baltimore and 2 in Jacksonville) and was a full-time starter for the last 3 seasons. When Jacksonville signed OT Tra Thomas from the Eagles and then drafted OT’s Eugene Monroe and Eben Britton with their first two picks in the draft, Pashos became expendable. They asked him to take a pay cut from his $4 million annual salary, and when he refused, they cut him.

I’ve got some more targets but this is the most important of the bunch.

I see that Thigpen play cost us a pick….. Jags signed McCown from the Bucs. With some of the sorry teams we had over the years makes you wonder why we didn’t take advantage of these cuts …..More. Any 22 well get you 2&14… Right Dog Poo

100% of the 2008 Chiefs be Herm’s Chiefs!

    88% FAILURE RATE 2008 season Herm/Rin = L

    “Hey Herm?”

    “Yeah Rin?”

“I’m a pickin’ my nose again!”

“And I’m a grinnin’ because I get to eat it!

“Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh!!!”

Pats just traded Seymour to the Raiders for a 2011 1st round pick.

    Al you are stupid!!!!

  • September 6, 2009  - Anonymous says:

With all the sports print-radio-TV saying the same about the Lack of talent that was on our team. Only 1 person in the whole country refuses to hear it. Well maybe 2…… their out of coaching jobs now ……seems no saw their worth as talent evaluators . That seems to bring us back to 1 that still thinks the world is flat. Any 22 well do ya

  • September 6, 2009  - Niblick says:

Al Davis has totally lost it. Richard Seymour has been a very good player, but he’s over 30 and his best years are behind him. The Raiders are in all likelihood giving them a top 5 pick. I would have thought a 3rd would be about all the Pats would get.

  • September 6, 2009  - Scott says:

Boy…I don’t know, guys. I’d take Richard Seymour on my team ANY day.

And just for the record, he’s not “over 30″. He’s 29. I’d say he’s still got some good years ahead.

  • September 6, 2009  - Niblick says:

Scott-Do you think he’s worth a top 5 or 10 pick in 2011? Perhaps I under estimated his value. We only got a No 17 pick and two 3rds rounders for Jared Allen. He’s younger and probalby the best pass rushing DE in the league. You may be right but it seems like too steep of a price for Seymour.

Hey rin, wnt to run some numbers for me…
    https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2008/9/2/605681/the-waiver-disapora

Last years cuts by herm – not extrapolate that over his entire tenure, subtract vermeil’s players and other released players – Basically, figure out what herm’s “Failure Rate” was. If you feel like crying because your whole theory was just blow out of the water, I’m here for you buddy. Lean on me.

  • September 6, 2009  - alex k says:

wow so herm drafted here since 06…

here is kent babb’s take from twitter “Here’s another troubling number: With Pollard’s release, the Chiefs will enter 2009 with only 14 of Herm Edwards’ 26 draft picks available.”

    sorry rin

Facts speak louder than your….rin talk

  • September 6, 2009  - Mark says:

Ryan O’Callahan, OL Pats, Justin Miller, CB/KR Raiders or Yamon Figurs WR/KR Ravens, are the guys I’d definitely want to claim. And of course the best player on the cutdown list, Bernard Pollard, S Chiefs. But I guess that ship has sailed. I’ll be FURIOUS if David Tyree is a Chief tomorrow.
